Account Terms

Creating an account enables access to Promptis learning tools. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and activity under your credentials.

You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to update it promptly if changes occur.

Keep your password secure and notify Promptis immediately of any suspected unauthorized use of your account.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Use by anyone other than the account holder is prohibited.

If your account is compromised, notify Promptis without delay. Promptis will act to secure the account and mitigate risks.

Promptis may suspend or terminate accounts that violate terms, are inactive, or pose security risks, with or without notice.

Service Use

Promptis offers AI-powered learning tools. Use is subject to these terms, applicable laws, and any specific service conditions announced from time to time.

We may modify or discontinue services temporarily or permanently. Users will be notified in advance when feasible.

Promptis aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and technical issues may cause temporary outages.

Usage Rules

To ensure a positive experience for all users, the following rules apply when accessing Promptis:

• Do not engage in illegal, deceptive, or harmful behavior on the platform.
• Respect intellectual property rights and do not upload unauthorized content.
• Avoid disrupting the platform’s operation or exploiting vulnerabilities.
• Refrain from impersonating other users or entities.
• Do not send spam, unsolicited communications, or offensive messages.
• Use services only for their intended educational purposes.

User Content

Users may create, upload, or share content on Promptis within the scope of the platform's tools and community features.

You retain ownership of your content but grant Promptis a non-exclusive license to use it to provide services.

By submitting content, you allow Promptis to display, distribute, and archive it as necessary for service operations.

You are responsible for your content’s legality, accuracy, and compliance with these terms.

Promptis may remove or disable access to content that violates terms or legal requirements.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Promptis services and software belong to Promptis or its licensors, except for user content.

• Do not reproduce, distribute, or create derivatives of Promptis content without permission.
• Unauthorized commercial use of Promptis intellectual property is prohibited.
• Respect activity, copyrights, and patents associated with Promptis services.

Paid Services

Certain features on Promptis may require payment. These are subject to additional terms and conditions specified at purchase.

Prices for paid services are stated at the time of purchase and may vary. Taxes are added based on your location as applicable.

Payments must be made by authorized methods. All transactions are secured with encryption.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may manage subscriptions in your account settings.

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Promptis does not assure refunds except as required by law.

You may cancel paid services at any time; access will continue until the end of the billing period.

Users are responsible for any taxes applicable to paid services under Canadian tax law.

Promptis may update pricing with notice. Existing subscriptions are billed at the price agreed upon at the start of the subscription term.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of paid services.

Limitation of Liability

Promptis is not liable for damages resulting from your use of the services, except as required by applicable law. Responsibility for decisions made based on service information remains with the user.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms or applicable law. You may also terminate your account at any time through account settings.
